WITH both the men&#39;s and women&#39;s NCAA Division I Championships being held on the campus of Texas A&#038;M, it seemed only fitting to check in with head women&#39;s coach Steve Bultman in our March issue of <i>Swimming World Magazine<\/i>. Bultman is in the process of building a special women&#39;s swimming program at Texas A&#038;M. According to Bultman, a real turning point for Heiss came in the summer of 2007 when she made significant time drops in her 200 meter back.
