Smith kicked off the night by winning the 800 freestyle by nearly two and a half seconds (8:24.87). Swim Ontario&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Brittany Maclean<\/strong>, who qualified to represent Canada in the Summer Olympics,\u00a0came in second at an 8:27.32. Litherland cut over three seconds from his 2:03.25 preliminary swim &#8211; which placed him in lane two in finals &#8211; to overtake the field for the win in a 1:59.93. Litherland was the only competitor to break the two minute mark. Athens Bulldogs&#8217; <strong>Gunnar Bentz<\/strong> took three seconds off his 2:03.15 prelim time in a head to head battle with Litherland tonight. Bentz ended up placing second with a 2:00.06. The final touch went to Voss, who surged the final 50 in a 32.37, the fastest final split of the field, and finished in a 2:10.12, seven-tenths ahead of Bouchard, who touched in a 2:10.87. Turning in a 25.99 50 split, Wallace maintained her lead through the finish, touching the wall in a 54.18, almost half a second ahead of second-place finisher <strong>Olivia Smoliga<\/strong> (54.66) of the Athens Bulldogs. Condorelli lead the field by a considerable margin, with second going to <strong>Marcelo Chierighini<\/strong> at a 49.27. Cardinal Aquatic&#8217;s <strong>Joao De Lucca<\/strong> touched third in a 49.62. The 2012 Olympic qualifier beat his teammate\u00a0<strong>Patrick Ransford<\/strong> by 2.58 seconds. Ransford swam a 15:30.92 for second. Third went to La Mirna Armada&#8217;s <strong>Brad Gonzales<\/strong> (15:41.94).<\/p>\n<p>There was a rare 1500 tie for eighth between <strong>James Stevenson<\/strong> and <strong>Ian
