After the meet,\u00a0<strong>Eddie Reese\u00a0<\/strong>and 400 IM champion\u00a0<strong><strong>Regan Barney\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong>gave some quick interviews.<\/p>\n<p>The legendary<strong> Eddie Reese\u00a0<\/strong>had a few words after tonight&#8217;s finals session. His swimmers have been steadily improving over the course of the weekend. He shared some thoughts on last night&#8217;s 100 butterfly, and a few words headed into U.S. Olympic Trials.<\/p>\n<div class=\"oembed-wrap\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Eddie Reese interview Night 2 longhorn elite meet\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yEKJIyBDwFk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong>Regan Barney\u00a0<\/strong>earned her\u00a0400 Freestyle Trials cut last night. Tonight, she got the standard\u00a0in the 400 IM on her way to winning that event. The 17 year old touched in 4:52.32.
