Rick DeMont<\/strong>, head coach at the University of Arizona, has experienced Olympic Trials many times as an athlete and many more times as a coach. DeMont<\/a> was the rightful Olympic champion at 16 (Munich, 1972) and a world champion and world record-holder at 17. He’s been to the top and has guided countless athletes to the Olympic stage since his swimming days concluded.<\/p>\n
