WIEN, Austria, February 28. SEVERAL more national records fell yesterday at the Austrian Long Course National Championships held in Wien.<\/p>\n

Dinko Jukic smashed his national standard in the men's 100 fly with a time of 52.03. That swim eclipsed his previous best of 53.32 set in 2008. Meanwhile, Dominik Koll checked in with a men's 400 free national record of 3:48.15. His effort downed the 3:48.63 set by David Brandl at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.<\/p>\n

Nina Dittrich demolished her record in the women's 200 back with a time of 2:14.55. The performance crushed her previous standard of 2:17.02 set last July. Mirna Jukic also wound up tying her national record in the women's 100 breast with a 1:07.06. Her other top time came at the 2008 Olympics.<\/p>\n

In other action, Birgit Koschischek captured the women's 100 fly in 59.65, just off her national record of 59.07 set at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Koschischek also won the women's 50 free in 25.98.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Jordis Steinegger took home the women's 400 free in 4:14.49. Additionally, Christian Zluga touched first in the men's 200 back with a winning time of 2:04.64. The men's 100 breast crown then went to Hunor Mate, who hit the wall in 1:01.56.<\/p>\n

In the men's 50 free, Martin Spitzer scared the national record of 23.10 set by Daniel Schmollinger in 2001 with a swift 23.13 for the win.<\/p>\n
