Miller stopped the clock at a 27.39 to lower the existing record of 27.71 set in 2013 by\u00a0Mike Alexandrov.<\/strong><\/p>\n Richard Funk<\/strong> picked up the second place seed with a time of 28.07.<\/p>\n Jason Block\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Kevin Steel<\/strong> turned in similar times of 28.17 and 28.18 to finish third and fourth, respectively, in prelims.<\/p>\n The close times continued with\u00a0Zach Hayden\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Nic eriksson<\/strong> posting times also only .01 seconds apart.
