Brent Rutemiller presented clips of an interview he conducted with Mark Schubert, USA Swimming&#39;s national team director, about the organization&#39;s code of conduct and who has to abide by its rules.<\/p>\n<p><object type=application\/x-shockwave-flash data=http:\/\/blip.tv\/scripts\/flash\/showplayer.swf?enablejs=true&#038;file=http%3A\/\/blip.tv\/rss\/flash\/1768767&#038;feedurl=http%3A\/\/morningswimshow.blip.tv\/rss\/&#038;autostart=false&#038;brandname=SwimmingWorld.TV&#038;brandlink=http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com width=400 height=320 allowfullscreen=true id=showplayer><param name=movie value=http:\/\/blip.tv\/scripts\/flash\/showplayer.swf?enablejs=true&#038;file=http%3A\/\/blip.tv\/rss\/flash\/1768767&#038;feedurl=http%3A\/\/morningswimshow.blip.tv\/rss\/&#038;autostart=true&#038;volume=100&#038;brandname=SwimmingWorld.TV&#038;brandlink=http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com \/><param name=quality value=best \/><param name=wmode value=transparent \/><\/object><\/p>\n<p>Sports psychologist and <i>Swimming World<\/i> contributor Alan Goldberg talked about the burden of being a role model in the community, and how the sacrifices and work put in for a major competition are celebrated after that accomplishment.<\/p>\n<p>Sports agent Andre Buck talked about the crisis management procedures that athletes go through with agents to help rectify their images in the public eye.
