In this Morning Swim Show episode, Ryan Lochte <\/strong> talked about his\u00a0breaststroke and how it held up after\u00a0knee surgery<\/a> when he said, \u201cI have been working on my breaststroke, making sure it is down pat. I am definitely pleased with how I swam tonight. Tomorrow will be a dog fight,” after being the top seed going in the 200 IM finals<\/a> at the USA Swimming Olympic Trials in 2012. \u00a0Lochte also talks about his training going into the meet and how he is prepared for a hard schedule of events.<\/p>\n

Lochte went on to win individual gold in the 400 IM, and a silver medal in the 200 IM behind Michael Phelps’<\/strong> historic three-peat in that event<\/a>\u00a0at the London Olympic Games.<\/p>\n
