ACCORDING to an article in the <i>Holland Sentinel<\/i>, Jacob Heemstra of the Zeeland Swim Team saved his teammate Andrew Brookhouse from drowning.<\/p>\n<p>Brookhouse, who suffered a seizure and lost consciousness during a practice, was at the bottom of the pool when Heemstra noticed something was wrong.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I remember going down and bringing him to the surface. I don&#39;t remember the thought process,&quot; Heemstra told the <i>Holland Sentinel<\/i>. &quot;I didn&#39;t think about it until afterwards. It was kind of like, \u2018Whoa, I just did that.&#39;&quot;<\/p>\n<p>According to the article, it was the first seizure suffered by Brookhouse.
