Plummer stopped the clock in 54.29.\u00a0<strong>Ryan Lochte\u00a0<\/strong>finished second in 55.35.\u00a0<strong>Arkady Vyatchanin\u00a0<\/strong>completed the podium in 55.39.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eugen Godsoe\u00a0<\/strong>finished fourth with a 55.72.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paul Le\u00a0<\/strong>(56.44),\u00a0<strong>Sean Lehane\u00a0<\/strong>(56.62),\u00a0<strong>Marcos
