THE final stop of the FINA World Cup is this weekend in Berlin, Germany in what will be the last call of a great series of fast swimming in 2008.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to watch the final cup event LIVE, go to <a href=http:\/\/www.fina.org target=_blank>fina.org<\/a> or <a href=http:\/\/www.universalsports.com target=_blank>UniversalSports.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>For those who may have missed some of the past action from the series, we&#39;d like to show you some of the highlights now, including a few world records at three of the stops on the circuit.<\/p>\n<p><object type=application\/x-shockwave-flash data=http:\/\/blip.tv\/scripts\/flash\/showplayer.swf?enablejs=true&#038;file=http%3A\/\/blip.tv\/rss\/flash\/1476366&#038;feedurl=http%3A\/\/morningswimshow.blip.tv\/rss\/&#038;autostart=false&#038;brandname=SwimmingWorld.TV&#038;brandlink=http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com width=400 height=320 allowfullscreen=true id=showplayer><param name=movie value=http:\/\/blip.tv\/scripts\/flash\/showplayer.swf?enablejs=true&#038;file=http%3A\/\/blip.tv\/rss\/flash\/1476366&#038;feedurl=http%3A\/\/morningswimshow.blip.tv\/rss\/&#038;autostart=true&#038;volume=100&#038;brandname=SwimmingWorld.TV&#038;brandlink=http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com \/><param name=quality value=best \/><param name=wmode value=transparent \/><\/object><\/p>\n<p>We&#39;ll start in Sydney, where Matt Jaukovic broke the world record in the 50 fly in his first race as an Australian. <\/p>\n<p>Australian Robert Hurley then followed suit with a world record of his own in the 50 backstroke.<\/p>\n<p>Two weeks later at the Moscow stop, South Africa&#39;s Cameron van der Burgh would get in on the action with two world records.  He started with a record in the 50 breast, and then broke a long-standing mark by the great Ed Moses in the 100 breast the very next day.<\/p>\n<p>Two days later in Stockholm, Sweden, van der Burgh reset his world mark in the 50 breast with a 25.94, the first person to dip under 26 seconds in the event. <\/p>\n<p>But the Stockholm meet belonged to Peter Marshall, who took down Ryan Lochte&#39;s world record in the 100 back and then snatched Hurley&#39;s world record in the 50 back the following day.<\/p>\n<p>Once again, the final stop of the FINA World Cup series is this weekend in Berlin, Germany.
