Cate was just eleven\u00a0hundredths shy of the 2009 world record.<\/p>\n<p>The second fastest time in the world this year is over three tenths back, as\u00a0<strong>Sarah Sjostrom\u00a0<\/strong>has posted a 24.17.<\/p>\n<p>Sister\u00a0<strong>Bronte Campbell\u00a0<\/strong>raced to a second place 24.24, also under Australia&#8217;s Olympic qualifying time.
