Australian Nationals.<\/p>\n<p>Ashwood won the finale in a time of 8:18.42, just off her 8:18.41 from last August. \u00a0The only swimmer faster than her this year is <strong>Katie Ledecky<\/strong> with a stunning 8:06.68 at the Austin stop of the Arena Pro Swim Series.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tamsin Cook<\/strong> finished second tonight in 8:27.01, just off the Australian Olympic qualifying cut of 8:26.96.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kareena Lee<\/strong> finished third in 8:31.06, while<strong> Kiah Melverton<\/strong> took fourth in 8:31.57.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moesha Johnson<\/strong> (8:38.88), <strong>Mikayla Messer<\/strong> (8:41.80), <strong>Chelsea Gubecka<\/strong> (8:44.58) and <strong>Leah Neale<\/strong> (8:48.73) rounded out the top eight.<\/p>\n<pre><b>                         ===
