top time in the men&#8217;s 100-meter breast.<\/p>\n<p>Van der Burgh, who ranks second in the world with a 59.61 from the Swedish Open (behind Adam Peaty&#8217;s 59.55 from Edinburgh), put up a 59.98 to led the way during prelims.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 400 IM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sebastien Rousseau<\/strong> had the top time this morning with a 4:20.30, while <strong>Eben
