COVERAGE of the ninth edition of the RCP Tiburon Mile is featured in the World Swimming section of November&#39;s <i>Swimming World<\/i>.  Throughout the years, this event has become one of the most popular open water swims conducted on an annual basis. <\/p>\n<p>Founder and race director, Robert C. Placak created the RCP Tiburon Mile as a way for him to give back to the sport.
