Texas’ Joseph Schooling<\/strong> broke through not only the 1:39 barrier but also the 1:38 with a sizzling 1:37.97 to win the men’s 200-yard fly with an NCAA record in the 2016 NCAA Division I Men’s Championships.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Texas’ Jack Conger<\/strong> broke his own American record with a 1:38.06 for second.<\/p>\n

Coming into tonight, Dylan Bosch<\/strong> owned the NCAA record with a 1:39.33 from 2014<\/a>, while Conger held the American mark of 1:39.31 with a time trial last year<\/a>.<\/p>\n
