Will Licon<\/strong> collected Texas’ eighth victory of the meet with an NCAA and American record time of 1:48.12 in the men’s 200-yard breast at the 2016 NCAA Division I Men’s Championships.<\/p>\n

Licon, the defending champion in the event, blasted by Kevin Cordes’<\/strong> NCAA and American record time of 1:48.66 set in 2014<\/a>.<\/p>\n
