Explaining that\u00a0he conducts very few team meetings throughout the meet, Bauerle explains that oftentimes &#8220;the less you coach the better they are, if you have good kids&#8221; This strategy seems to be working, with the men in a dogfight, holding on to 5th place going into the final day.
