<strong>Will Licon<\/strong> skyrocketed to second all time in the men&#8217;s 200-yard IM as he delivered Texas&#8217; fourth title of the meet at the 2016 NCAA Division I Men&#8217;s Championships.<\/p>\n<p>Licon unleashed a 1:40.04 for the title, behind only <strong>David Nolan&#8217;s<\/strong> record of 1:39.38. \u00a0That&#8217;s Texas&#8217;
