href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/leah-smith-sets-ncaa-record-in-1000-1650-frees\/\" target=\"_blank\">challenge her NCAA record time of 15:25.30<\/a>, she did pick up the victory
