The men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 100 free, 500 free, 100 back, 100 breast an 400 free relay were swam. The men&#8217;s 500 free and 400 free PIAA records were broken. La Salle College won the meet for the men and North Penn won for the women.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s Meet<\/h2>\n<p>Yesterday&#8217;s 200 free winner, <strong>Michael Jensen<\/strong> of Upper Dublin, also won the 100 free today in the time of 42.69. Finishing in a 44.46 for the silver was La Salle&#8217;s <strong>Greg Brocato<\/strong> and in a close third place was <strong>Mason Gonzalez<\/strong>\u00a0of North Allegheny with a 44.52.<\/p>\n<p>In the men&#8217;s 500 free, La Salle senior <strong>Jake Sannem<\/strong> won the event in the time of 4:19.64. This crushed the previous PIAA record of 4:22.21 set in 2009. His teammate <strong>Joseph Vizza<\/strong> came in second place with a 4:27.05 and on his toes was North Allegheny&#8217;s <strong>Eban Krigger<\/strong> with a 4:27.96 for bronze.<\/p>\n<p>Senior,<strong> James Wilson<\/strong> of Conestoga won the men&#8217;s 100 backstroke with a 48.09. Upper St. Clair&#8217;s <strong>Kevin Liu<\/strong> finished second with a 49.48 and three one hundredths behind was Conestoga&#8217;s <strong>Brian McKenrick<\/strong> with 49.51.<\/p>\n<p>Upper Dublin&#8217;s senior,\u00a0<strong>Wyatt Amdor<\/strong> took the gold in the men&#8217;s 100 breast with a 54.82. For a close silver medal, <strong>Brian Ramsey<\/strong> of Mt. Lebanon with a 54.94 and in third place was his teammate <strong>Jack Lanphear<\/strong> (55.29).<\/p>\n<p>In the men&#8217;s 400 free relay, Upper Dublin&#8217;s team of <strong>Ogden Leyens<\/strong> (46.29), <strong>Alex Flynn<\/strong> (45.70), Amdor (45.46) and Jensen (42.13) took gold. They clocked in at a 2:59.58 and this time broke the school&#8217;s 2013 PIAA record of 3:00.23. La Salle was second (3:00.80) with Sannem (44.92), Vizza (45.42), <strong>Jacob Lubinski<\/strong> (46.57) and Brocato (43.89). Touching the wall third with a 3:03.19 was North Allegheny&#8217;s team of Gonzalez (45.37), <strong>Maxwell Gonzalez<\/strong> (46.29), <strong>Jack Wright<\/strong> (46.07) and Krigger (45.46).<\/p>\n<p>Top 10 Men&#8217;s Team Scores:<\/p>\n<p>1. MCDOWELL 82<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s Meet<\/h2>\n<p>In the women&#8217;s 100 free, <strong>Siena Salvaggio<\/strong> of Parkland won the event with a 49.34. Right behind her was Pennridge&#8217;s <strong>Morgan Scott<\/strong> with a 49.65 for the silver and North Allegheny&#8217;s <strong>Lauren McGrath<\/strong> was third in the time of 50.84.<\/p>\n<p>Lower Merion&#8217;s <strong>Anna Kalandadze<\/strong> won the women&#8217;s 500 freestyle with a 4:51.79. <strong>Frances Resweber<\/strong> of Strath Haven touched the wall second with a 4:55.21 and <strong>Morgan Curl<\/strong> of Oxford took the bronze with a 4:56.43.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brittany Weiss<\/strong>, of Pennridge took the gold in the women&#8217;s 100 backstroke with a 53.27. Haverford&#8217;s <strong>Maddie Hart<\/strong> finished second in the time of 54.65 and <strong>Kacey Oberlander<\/strong> of Dallastown went a 54.65 for third place.<\/p>\n<p>In the women&#8217;s 100 breast, Avon Grove&#8217;s <strong>Olivia Paoletti<\/strong> won the event in the time of 1:01.43. <strong>Emily Skyes<\/strong> of Methaction took second place on the podium with a 1:02.73 and right behind in the time of 1:02.79 was <strong>Rabea Pfaff<\/strong> of Avon Grove.<\/p>\n<p>Pennridge won the women&#8217;s 400 free relay going a 3:23.88 with the team of <strong>Hannah Zurmuhl<\/strong> (52.23), <strong>Anna Beno<\/strong> (53.03), Weiss (49.28) and Scott (49.34). North Penn came in second place (3:26.39) with <strong>Aimee Baur<\/strong> (52.07), <strong>Claudia Thamm<\/strong> (51.55), <strong>Parker Schulz<\/strong> (52.22) and <strong>Kailyn Evans<\/strong> (50.55). With a 3:26.84 Mt.
