After serving as an assistant coach at Wayne State University, Gole recently completed his third year as head coach at Truman State.<\/p>\n<p>In the interview Gole speaks out on such topics as; lack of recognition given to Division II swimming, how he structures his program to be successful in academics as well as in the pool, his emphasis on technique in training, drills and how to teach tempo effectively.<\/p>\n<p>The Q &#038; A feature of coach Gole is coupled with a How They Train piece on up and coming Truman State swimmer, Kate Aherne.
