The men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 200 free, 100 breast, 100 fly and 400 IM were swam.<\/p>\n<p>In the women&#8217;s 200 free, the top three swimmers qualified for Olympic trials. <strong>Mallory Comerford<\/strong> from the University of Louisville won the event in the time of 2:00.31. \u00a0Chattahoochee Gold&#8217;s <strong>Lauren Case<\/strong> came in a close second place with a 2:00.82 and Comerford&#8217;s Louisville teammate <strong>Andrea Kneelers<\/strong>, came in third place (2:01.82).<\/p>\n<p>University of Louisville took first and second place in the men&#8217;s 200 free. <strong>Trevor Carrol<\/strong> won the event with a 1:50.97 and qualified for Olympic trials. Teammate <strong>Matthias Lindenbauer<\/strong> went a 1:51.92 for second, just four one hundredths shy of the trials cut. North Carolina Aquatic Club&#8217;s <strong>William Macmillan<\/strong> came in with a 1:52.60 for bronze.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andrea Cottrell<\/strong> of Louisville won the women&#8217;s 100 breast with a 1:08.49. Her teammate <strong>Lauren James<\/strong> came in for the silver with a 1:12.48 and SwimMAC Carolina&#8217;s <strong>Emme Nelson<\/strong> finished third 1:13.57.<\/p>\n<p>The top two swimmers in the men&#8217;s 100 breast qualified for Olympic trials. Louisville&#8217;s <strong>Carlos Claverie<\/strong> took gold in the time of 1:01.62. Dynamo Swim Club took second and third place with <strong>Liam Bell<\/strong> going a 1:03.46 and <strong>Jackson Ford<\/strong> went a 1:04.22 for third place.<\/p>\n<p>In the women&#8217;s 100 fly the top four swimmers qualified for Olympic trials. Louisville&#8217;s <strong>Kelsi Worrell<\/strong> won the event in a 58.35. Case took her second silver medal of the day touching the wall in a 59.52 and Kentucky Aquatic&#8217;s <strong>Christina Bechtel<\/strong> was third (1:00.09).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael Arnold<\/strong> of Gold won the men&#8217;s 100 butterfly in the time of 54.85. Right behind him was Cardinal Aquatic&#8217;s <strong>Nicolas Albiero<\/strong> with a 54.88. With a 55.11 Macmillan took his second bronze of the night as well as tying with Buckhead Aquatic&#8217;s <strong>MJ El-Amin II<\/strong> who also got third place with a 55.11.<\/p>\n<p>In the women&#8217;s 400 IM <strong>Caroline Wanner<\/strong>, unattached, won the event with a 4:56.54. Dynamo&#8217;s <strong>Elizabeth Bailey<\/strong> came in second place with a 5:57.39 and <strong>Mary Soule<\/strong> of Asheville Swim Club came in third place with a 4:58.57.<\/p>\n<p>Dynamo swept the top three times in the men&#8217;s 400 IM. <strong>Jeffrey Durmer<\/strong>, winner of yesterday&#8217;s 800 free, went a 4:30.93 for gold.
