The 16 year old stopped the clock at 2:03.47, over a second ahead of Rockwood&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Jordan Stout\u00a0<\/strong>in 2:04.83.\u00a0<strong>Dannie Dilsaver\u00a0<\/strong>of Greater Nebraska\u00a0finished third in 2:05.96.<\/p>\n<p>In the second event of the night, Pfeifer was first to the wall again,\u00a0well ahead of the heat. She touched in 4:55.07 to take the 400 IM title. Splash Club&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Haley Downey\u00a0<\/strong>touched out Lincoln Select&#8217;s 14 year old\u00a0<strong>Berkeley Livingston<\/strong> 5:03.39 to 5:03.47.<\/p>\n<p>Two men earned Olympic Trials times in the 100 butterfly.\u00a0<strong>Martin Wallace\u00a0<\/strong>touched in 54.43 and\u00a0<strong>Kyle Ward\u00a0<\/strong>of Splash Club was also under the 54.79 standard.\u00a0<strong>Magnus Poulsen\u00a0<\/strong>was third (54.89).<\/p>\n<p>Another 16 year old ran away with the men&#8217;s 200 freestyle.\u00a0<strong>William Bresette\u00a0<\/strong>of Empire Swim Club was first to the wall by nearly two seconds, finishing in 1:53.30.\u00a0<strong>Noah Reid\u00a0<\/strong>of Tsunami Swim Club\u00a0out touched Trident Aquatic Club&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Kevin Callan\u00a0<\/strong>1:55.28 to 1:55.29.<\/p>\n<p>Flyers&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Nicholas Alexander\u00a0<\/strong>was first to the wall in the men&#8217;s 400 IM, just a second shy of the Olympic Trials standard, finishing in 4:28.84. Columbia Swim Club teammates\u00a0<strong>Dane Florea\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Zachary Lorson\u00a0<\/strong>finished second and third in 4:30.76 and 4:32.21.<\/p>\n<p>Three swimmers came within seven tenths of the Trials cut in the 100 butterfly tonight.\u00a0<strong>Laura Galarza\u00a0<\/strong>lead the way in 1:01.61, with CSP&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Gabriela Vieira<\/strong> right on her tail in 1:01.79. Kansas City&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Cailey Grunhard\u00a0<\/strong>finished third, just back in 1:01.85.<\/p>\n<p>CSP carried their winning ways into the relays, claiming the women&#8217;s 400 freestyle tonight. Pfeifer,\u00a0<strong>Melissa Melnick<\/strong>, Vieira, and\u00a0<strong>Helen Wojdylo\u00a0<\/strong>finished in 3:52.69. Rockwood&#8217;s Stout,\u00a0<strong>Alyssa Lemon<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Franceska Petrosino<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Anna Miller\u00a0<\/strong>touched second in 3:54.55.\u00a0<strong>Katherine Sullivan<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Bentley Hulshof<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Lauren Peterson<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Haley Hynes\u00a0<\/strong>earned third in 3:56.80 for the Kansas City Blazers.<\/p>\n<p>Oklahoma Baptist&#8217;s A team claimed the men&#8217;s 400 freestyle relay in 3:30.63 behind the team of\u00a0<strong>Marc Sambolin<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Andre Del Rio<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Fernando Morillas<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Chad Brandon. <\/strong>Their B team of\u00a0<strong>Alexander Mundt<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kristijan Stunkovic<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Andrew Halliburton<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Ryan Walker\u00a0<\/strong>was third\u00a0in 3:34.02.\u00a0Empire Swim Club&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Philip Musser<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Garrett Spencer<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Andrew Iseman<\/strong>, and\u00a0Bresette touched second in 3:33.49.<\/p>\n<p>Results available on Meet Mobile.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Cathleen Pruden, Swimming World College Intern Genevieve Pfeifer\u00a0of the CSP Tideriders won\u00a0back to back events at the Speedo Sectionals in Jenks, Oklahoma Friday night.
