51.94 from Austin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laszlo Cseh<\/strong> owns the top-ranked time in the world with a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/laszlo-cseh-blitzes-january-record-in-100-fly-in-luxembourg\/\" target=\"_blank\">51.40 from the Luxembourg Euro Meet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eugene Godsoe<\/strong>, now representing Wolfpack Swimming in North Carolina, qualified fourth in 53.21.<\/p>\n<p>Phoenix&#8217;s <strong>Giles Smith<\/strong> (53.26), Seminole&#8217;s <strong>Pavel Sankovich<\/strong> (53.38), Wolfpack&#8217;s<strong> David Williams<\/strong> (53.56) and Argentina&#8217;s <strong>Santiago Grassi<\/strong> (53.64) also set
