This is the sophomore&#8217;s second-straight win\u00a0in the event and his fourth individual ACC title.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<strong>Anton Ipsen\u00a0<\/strong>(14:44.96), NC State<br \/>\n2.\u00a0<strong>Adam Linker\u00a0<\/strong>(14:51.47), NC State<br \/>\n3.\u00a0<strong>Sam Magnan\u00a0<\/strong>(15:06.45), Virginia<\/p>\n<h2>200 Back<\/h2>\n<p>Louisville&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Grigory Tarasevich\u00a0<\/strong>had a strong second half to take the win in 1:39.28 after finishing second in 2015. The junior&#8217;s time clipped the meet and conference record of 1:39.37 set by\u00a0<strong>Hennessey Stuart\u00a0<\/strong>last year.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<strong>Grigory Tarasevich\u00a0<\/strong>(1:39.28), Louisville<br \/>\n2.\u00a0<strong>Hennessey Stuart\u00a0<\/strong>(1:39.58), NC State<br \/>\n3.\u00a0<strong>Justin Ress\u00a0<\/strong>(1:40.57), NC State<\/p>\n<p>Florida State&#8217;s <strong>Connor Kalisz\u00a0<\/strong>won the B-Final in 1:42.17\u00a0and Notre Dame&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Bogac Ayhan\u00a0<\/strong>took the C-Final in 1:44.62.<\/p>\n<h2>100 Free<\/h2>\n<p>NC State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ryan Held\u00a0<\/strong>led the Wolfpack sweep\u00a0in a swift 41.69. His time broke the meet and conference record set by his teammate\u00a0<strong>Simonas Bilis\u00a0<\/strong>this morning. This is the sophomore&#8217;s second individual ACC title of the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<strong>Ryan Held\u00a0<\/strong>(41.69), NC State<br \/>\n2.\u00a0<strong>Simonas Bilis\u00a0<\/strong>(42.16), NC State<br \/>\n3.\u00a0<strong>Soeren Dahl\u00a0<\/strong>(42.85), NC State<\/p>\n<p>NC State&#8217;s <strong>Andreas Schiellerup\u00a0<\/strong>claimed the B-Final in 43.22 and\u00a0North Carolina&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Logan Heck\u00a0<\/strong>won the C-Final in 43.47.<\/p>\n<h2>200 Breast<\/h2>\n<p>Virginia Tech&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Brandon Fiala\u00a0<\/strong>won in 1:52.87 after finishing fifth in the event last year. His time\u00a0clipped his own meet record he set this morning by .09 and also set a new pool record. This is the junior&#8217;s second individual ACC title of the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<strong>Brandon Fiala\u00a0<\/strong>(1:52.87), Virginia Tech<br \/>\n2.\u00a0<strong>Yannick Kaeser\u00a0<\/strong>(1:53.41), Virginia<br \/>\n3.\u00a0<strong>Carlos Claverie\u00a0<\/strong>(1:53.77), Louisville<\/p>\n<p>Georgia Tech&#8217;s <strong>Alexander Kimpel\u00a0<\/strong>crushed the B-Final in 1:55.98 and\u00a0North Carolina&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Dalton Shaw\u00a0<\/strong>won the C-Final in 1:58.91.<\/p>\n<h2>200 Fly<\/h2>\n<p>After finishing second last year, NC State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Christian McCurdy\u00a0<\/strong>won the event tonight in 1:41.42. The senior broke the ACC meet and conference record of 1:41.66 set in 2015, and his time was also a new pool record.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<strong>Christian McCurdy\u00a0<\/strong>(1:41.42), NC State<br \/>\n2.\u00a0<strong>Zach Harting\u00a0<\/strong>(1:42.95), Louisville<br \/>\n3.\u00a0<strong>Ben Colley\u00a0<\/strong>(1:43.55), North Carolina<\/p>\n<p>Virginia Tech&#8217;s <strong>Norbert Szabo\u00a0<\/strong>won the B-Final in 1:44.32\u00a0and Duke&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Michael Miller\u00a0<\/strong>dominated the C-Final in 1:44.44.<\/p>\n<h2>400 Free Relay<\/h2>\n<p>NC State&#8217;s Bilis (41.76), Held (41.63), <strong>Joseph Bonk<\/strong> (42.69), and Dahl (42.45) dominated the final event of the weekend in 2:48.52. Their time broke the meet and pool record and was the fourth Wolfpack relay win of the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Notre Dame&#8217;s <strong>Justin Plaschka<\/strong> (43.05),\u00a0<strong>Daniel Speers\u00a0<\/strong>(42.59),\u00a0<strong>Tabahn Afrik\u00a0<\/strong>(43.09), and\u00a0<strong>Reed Fujan\u00a0<\/strong>(43.45) took second in 2:52.18, and North Carolina&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sam Lewis\u00a0<\/strong>(43.28),\u00a0<strong>Logan Heck\u00a0<\/strong>(42.96), <strong>Nicolas Graesser<\/strong> (43.43), and\u00a0<strong>Ben Colley\u00a0<\/strong>(43.45) finished third in 2:53.12.<\/p>\n<h2>Team Scores<\/h2>\n<p>1.\u00a0NC State-1402<br \/>\n2.
