Cleveland State\u2019s <strong>Philipp Sikatzki<\/strong> breaks Horizon League record in the 100 fly and 100 back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women\u2019s 400 IM<\/strong><br \/>\nOakland\u2019s <strong>Patricia Aschan<\/strong> defends her Horizon League title by swimming a time of 4:13.64, breaking her previous record of 4:16.84 and swimming a time that is 6 seconds under the NCAA B time standard. Teammate <strong>Cassie Misiewicz<\/strong> from Oakland finished second in 4:19.80.<strong> Addison Skogman<\/strong> from Milwaukee finished second with 4:21.00.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u2019s 400 IM<\/strong><br \/>\nThe top two finishers in the men\u2019s 400 IM both achieved a NCAA B cut. <strong>Mitchell Stover<\/strong> from Wright State won the event with 3:50.24. <strong>Nicholas Halverson<\/strong> from Milwaukee finished second in 3:54.43 and <strong>Gage Alleman<\/strong> from Cleveland State finished third in 3:55.04.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women\u2019s 100 Fly<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Emily Hayhow<\/strong> from Wright State set the meet record in the morning with a time of 53.76 and reset it in finals by winning in a time of 53.15 and achieving a NCAA B cut. <strong>Molly McNamara<\/strong> from Cleveland State finished second in 54.63 and <strong>Haley Lucas<\/strong> from Green Bay finished third in 55.21.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u2019s 100 Fly<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Philipp Sikatzki<\/strong> Cleveland State broke his own Horizon League record of 46.93 with a time of 45.90, a NCAA B cut. The top 3 finishers achieved NCAA B cuts. Teammate <strong>Szymon Golczyk<\/strong> finished second at 46.73.<strong> Paul Huch<\/strong> from Oakland finished third in 48.13.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women\u2019s 200 Free<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Nikki Flynn<\/strong> from Oakland University set the Horizon League record in the 200 free from her lead off leg in the 800 free relay. She rebroke her record and tied Olympian 200 free gold medalist Allison Schmitt\u2019s pool record with a time of 1:47.54. <strong>Viktoria Orosz<\/strong> from Youngstown State finished second in 1:48.40 and<strong> Amanda Siehs<\/strong>\u00a0 from Milwaukee finished third in 1:49.33.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u2019s 200 Free<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Tuomas Kiviluoma<\/strong> from Oakland won the event in 1:37.64, a NCAA B cut. <strong>Lucas Osgood<\/strong> from Wright State finished second in 1:38.72 with his teammate <strong>Wiehan Boshoff<\/strong> finished third in 1:39.05.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women\u2019s 100 Breast<\/strong><br \/>\nOakland claimed the top two finishes.<strong> Rachel Waite<\/strong> won the event in 1:01.85 and <strong>Takara Martin<\/strong> finished second 1:02.05, both earning NCAA B cuts.<strong> Tobie Zeller<\/strong> from Cleveland State finished third in 1:03.09.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u2019s 100 Breast<\/strong><br \/>\nThe top 5 finishers in the men\u2019s 100 Breast earned NCAA B cuts. Oakland\u2019s <strong>Devon Nowicki<\/strong> won in a time of 52.48, just .4 off the NCAA A cut. <strong>Quilliec Clement<\/strong> from Wright State finished second in 54.60 and <strong>Tommi Wolst<\/strong> from Cleveland State finished third in 54.65.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women\u2019s 100 Back<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Sara Bentley<\/strong> from Milwaukee won in 55.12, while Oakland\u2019s <strong>Talia Sola-Galindo<\/strong> finished second in 55.39 and<strong> Claire Friederick<\/strong> from Green Bay finished third in 55.93.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u2019s 100 Back<\/strong><br \/>\nThe top finishers earned NCAA B cuts. Sikatzki from Cleveland State broke his own previous Horizon League record of 46.98 in a time of 46.74. Oakland\u2019s Huch finished second in 47.97 and his teammate <strong>John Ferrara<\/strong> finished third in 49.16..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women\u2019s 400 Medley Relay<\/strong><br \/>\nThe team of Sola-Galindo, Waite, Aschan and Morren from Oakland won with a time of 3:41.04. The team of <strong>Sofia Aledo Carmona<\/strong>, <strong>Kayla Fearrin<\/strong>, Hayhow and <strong>Samantha Miller<\/strong> from Wright State finished second in 3:42.60. Milwaukee\u2019s Bentley, <strong>Natalie O\u2019Connell, Kristin Zablocki<\/strong> and Siehs finished third in 3:45.20.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u2019s 400 Medley Relay<\/strong><br \/>\nOnly .05 seperated Oakland and Cleveland State. Oakland\u2019s team of Huch, Nowicki, Kiviluoma and Jeremiah Morren won and broke the previous Horizon League by two seconds with a time of 3:10.42. Cleveland State\u2019s Sikatzki, Wolst, Golcyk and <strong>Phillip Brittain<\/strong> finished second in a time of 3:10.47.
