Virginia Tech is a close second followed by Louisville.<\/p>\n<p>Click <a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/results\/2016-acc-mens-championships-live-results\/ncaa-college\/2016\/February\/24\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> for live results.<\/p>\n<h2>500 Free<\/h2>\n<p>NC State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Anton Ipsen\u00a0<\/strong>won the first individual event of the meet in 4:14.53, about a body length over the runner-up.\u00a0This is the sophomore&#8217;s second-consecutive ACC title in the event.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<strong>Anton Ipsen\u00a0<\/strong>(4:14.53), NC State<br \/>\n2.\u00a0<strong>Trevor Carroll\u00a0<\/strong>(4:15.77), Louisville<br \/>\n3. <strong>Henry Campbell\u00a0<\/strong>(4:17.72), North Carolina<\/p>\n<p>Louisville&#8217;s <strong>Zach Harting\u00a0<\/strong>won the B-Final in 4:19.75 and\u00a0North Carolina&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Mitch DeForest<\/strong> dominated\u00a0the C-Final in 4:22.91.<\/p>\n<h2>200 IM<\/h2>\n<p>It was a tight race, but Virginia Tech&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Brandon Fiala\u00a0<\/strong>was victorious, clocking in at 1:42.26. This is the junior&#8217;s second-straight ACC title in the event.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<strong>Brandon Fiala\u00a0<\/strong>(1:42.26), Virginia Tech<br \/>\n2.\u00a0<strong>Soren Dahl\u00a0<\/strong>(1:42.50), NC State<br \/>\n3.\u00a0<strong>Nolan Tesone\u00a0<\/strong>(1:43.43), Louisville<\/p>\n<p>NC State&#8217;s <strong>Christian McCurdy\u00a0<\/strong>claimed the B-Final in 1:45.07 and\u00a0Louisville&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Grigory Tarasevich\u00a0<\/strong>won the C-Final in 1:44.66.<\/p>\n<h2>50 Free<\/h2>\n<p>The Wolfpack\u00a0took the top two spots in this event, led by\u00a0<strong>Ryan Held\u00a0<\/strong>in 18.92, just .01 off the ACC record.\u00a0The sophomore edged out teammate\u00a0<strong>Simonas Bilis<\/strong>, who won the event in 2015,\u00a0by .02.\u00a0NC State is currently the only team in the NCAA that has two swimmers under 19 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<strong>Ryan Held\u00a0<\/strong>(18.92), NC State<br \/>\n2.\u00a0<strong>Simonas Bilis\u00a0<\/strong>(18.94), NC State<br \/>\n3.\u00a0<strong>Sam Lewis\u00a0<\/strong>(19.49), North Carolina<\/p>\n<p>Florida State&#8217;s<strong> Jason McCormick\u00a0<\/strong>took the B-Final in 19.68 while his teammate\u00a0<strong>Ian Apple\u00a0<\/strong>won the C-Final in 19.99.<\/p>\n<h2>200 Free Relay<\/h2>\n<p>NC State&#8217;s\u00a0Held (19.31), Bilis (18.24),\u00a0<strong>Joseph Bonk\u00a0<\/strong>(19.13), and\u00a0<strong>Andreas Schiellerup\u00a0<\/strong>(18.97) dominated the final event of the evening, winning by over two seconds in 1:15.65. Their time was .03 off the meet record.\u00a0So far, the Wolfpack has won all three relays of the meet.<\/p>\n<p>North Carolina&#8217;s\u00a0Lewis (19.65),\u00a0<strong>Logan Heck\u00a0<\/strong>(19.34),\u00a0<strong>Nicolas Graesser\u00a0<\/strong>(19.38), and\u00a0<strong>Ben Colley\u00a0<\/strong>(19.65) took second in 1:18.02, just ahead of Louisville&#8217;s Carroll (19.57), Tarasevich (19.06),\u00a0<strong>Matthias Lindenbauer\u00a0<\/strong>(19.97), and\u00a0<strong>David Boland\u00a0<\/strong>(19.55) who placed third in 1:18.15.<\/p>\n<h2>Team Scores (with diving):<\/h2>\n<p>1.\u00a0NC State-491<br \/>\n2.
