POWERFUL performance is a goal for every swimmer.  However, no matter how much or well you&#39;ve trained, a great performance can be elusive if the swimmer isn&#39;t aware or forgets how to pack for a meet.<\/p>\n<p>In this month&#39;s Goldminds, readers will learn how valuable packing is for an athlete&#39;s performance in the water. Excellent tips are offered that, if followed, will greatly enhance the opportunity for swimmers to achieve the goals they have set for themselves at meets.<\/p>\n<p>Rounding out the Junior Swimmer section in the August issue is a report on the conclusion of the high school season.
