The men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 500 free, 100 back, 100 breast, 200 butterfly and 800 free relay were swam. The NSISC record in the women&#8217;s 500 free, 100 back and 200 fly and men&#8217;s 100 breast were broken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Melanie Tombers<\/strong> of Delta won\u00a0the women&#8217;s 500 free with a 4:56.66. With this time she broke the 2015 NSISC record of 4:57.84 West Florida&#8217;s <strong>Madeline Pitt<\/strong> went a 5:00.33 for the\u00a0silver and her teammate <strong>Angie Gallastegui<\/strong> came in third place with a 5:03.63.<\/p>\n<p>In the men&#8217;s 500 free,\u00a0Henderson&#8217;s <strong>Colton Laramore <\/strong>won the event in a 4:32.35.\u00a0Delta came in second an third on the podium tonight.\u00a0<strong>Nathan Sawicki<\/strong> finished with a 4:34.40 for silver and his teammate <strong>Makis Jorgensen<\/strong> came for the bronze\u00a0with a 4:35.96.<\/p>\n<p>Delta&#8217;s <strong>Anastasia Klyarovskaya\u00a0<\/strong>won the women&#8217;s 100 back in the time of 54.40. With this time she broke her own 2014 NSISC record of 54.88.\u00a0Minnesota State Moorhead&#8217;s <strong>Erin Sullivan<\/strong> touched the wall for second place with a\u00a055.26 and Minnesota State Mankato&#8217;s <strong>Cecilia Hake<\/strong> came in third place with a 55.45.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alexander Podguzov\u00a0<\/strong>from\u00a0Ouachita won the men&#8217;s 100 back in the time of 49.07. Delta&#8217;s<strong> <strong>Fabrice Wendel<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>went a 49.33 for the silver and<strong> Bogdan Pochynok<\/strong> of Henderson went a 49.51 for third place.<\/p>\n<p>In the women&#8217;s 100 breast Delta&#8217;s <strong>Kirsten Stroven<\/strong>\u00a0won\u00a0with a 1:03.01, the same time as this morning.\u00a0<strong>Camille Leary<\/strong> from Henderson came with a 1:04.16 for second place and <strong>Paulina Szydlo<\/strong> took third with a 1:04.72.<\/p>\n<p>St. Cloud&#8217;s <strong>Justin Winnett<\/strong>\u00a0won the men&#8217;s 100 breast with a 54.13. With this time he broke the 2014 NSISC record of 54.22. Delta took second and third on the podium. <strong>Matteo Fraschi<\/strong> came in second with a 54.42 and his teammate\u00a0<strong>Alex Peach<\/strong> touched third with a 54.99.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theresa Michalak<\/strong>, won the women&#8217;s 200 butterfly with a\u00a02:02.05. With this time she broke the 2015 NSISC record of 2:02.65. Delta&#8217;s<strong>\u00a0Kierstin Page<\/strong>\u00a0finished in a 2:05.46 for the silver and UT-Permain Basin&#8217;s <strong>Amanda Alspaugh<\/strong> went a 2:05.46 for bronze.<\/p>\n<p>Delta&#8217;s <strong>Adam Charlton<\/strong>\u00a0took gold in the men&#8217;s 200 butterfly with a 1:48.56.\u00a0<strong>Max Pohl<\/strong> from Henderson came in second with a 1:49.29 and Delta&#8217;s <strong>Colton Fremont<\/strong> came in third (1:52.73).<\/p>\n<p>West Florida won the women&#8217;s 800 free relay tonight. In the time of 7:28.91, the team of <strong>Rebecca Halfast<\/strong> (1:53.17), <strong>Peggy de Villers<\/strong> (1:53.22), <strong>Danica Burnett<\/strong> (1:53.11) and Michalak (1:49.41) took gold. Delta came in second (7:30.08) with Page (1:52.95), <strong>Celina Batsel<\/strong> (1:52.00), <strong>Hannah Core<\/strong> (1:54.72) and Tombers (1:50.41). St. Cloud came in third with a 7:31.96 and the team of <strong>Andrea Bryson<\/strong> (1:51.28), <strong>Kaitlin Heinen<\/strong> (1:53.50), <strong>Erin Hart<\/strong> (1:54.45) and <strong>Julie Schmitt<\/strong> (1:52.73).<\/p>\n<p>In the men&#8217;s 800 free relay, Delta men came in first (6:37.46) with the team of <strong>Mattia Schirru<\/strong> (1:38.46), Fraschi (1:39.04), <strong>Bryce Anderson<\/strong> (1:40.06) and <strong>Dylon Johnson<\/strong> (1:39.90). Henderson came in second going a 6:46.10 with the team of <strong>Colton Laramore<\/strong> (1:38.93), <strong>Elliot Hill<\/strong> (1:41.83), <strong>Guy Buls<\/strong> (1:42.70) and Pohl (1:42.64).
