The prelims of the men\u2019s and women\u2019s 200 free relay, 500 free, 200 IM, 50 free and 400 medley relay were swam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women\u2019s Meet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To start the meet off LIU Post had the fastest time of the morning in the women\u2019s 200 free relay in the time of 1:33.94 and the team of<strong> Laura Benfeldt<\/strong> (24.10), <strong>Seren Jones<\/strong> (23.44), <strong>Joyce Kwok<\/strong> (23.19) and <strong>Meghan Brazier<\/strong> (23.21). Ramapo College of NJ came in second with a 1:38.51 and the team of<strong> Meghan Trewhella<\/strong> (25.12), <strong>Brenda Arthur<\/strong> (24.81), <strong>Sarah Stacey<\/strong> (25.24) and <strong>Maggie Herbert<\/strong> (23.34). The College of New Jersey came in third (1:39.04) with <strong>Allison Huber<\/strong> (24.94), <strong>Lauren Rothstein<\/strong> (24.57),<strong> Emily Rothstein<\/strong> (24.77) and <strong>Brenna Strollo<\/strong> (24.76).<\/p>\n<p>In the women\u2019s 500 Bridgeport\u2019s <strong>Annagrazia Botsanti<\/strong> touched the wall first this morning with a 5:03.45. LIU Post\u2019s <strong>Eline Swensen<\/strong> came in second with a 5:06.82 and Southern Connecticut\u2019s <strong>Sydney Fromkin<\/strong> touched third in a 5:09.70.<\/p>\n<p>Kwok of LIU Post has the quickest 200 IM this morning with a 2:05.44. The College of New Jersey\u2019s <strong>Brenna Strollo<\/strong> went a 2:09.40 to be seeded second going into tonight and<strong> Karis Fuller<\/strong>, also from LIU Post, finished third in a 2:09.61.<\/p>\n<p>LIU Post\u2019s Brazier finished first this morning in the women\u2019s 50 free with a 23.42. Her teammate Bendfeldt touched second with a 23.42 and Bridgeport\u2019s <strong>Nina Stegu<\/strong> went a 23.63 to be going into tonight seeded third.<\/p>\n<p>Bridgeport\u2019s team of <strong>Claudia Esteban<\/strong> (58.93), <strong>Barbra Martins<\/strong> (1:12.22), <strong>Clara Mico Gonzalez<\/strong> (58.70) and <strong>Nina Stegu<\/strong> had the fastest 400 medley relay this morning going a 4:01.06. Right behind them was LIU Post with a 4:01.09 and the team of <strong>Elin Kvarnemar<\/strong> (1:00.85), <strong>Caitlin Johnstone<\/strong> (1:07.19), Kwok (58.68) and Brazier (54:37). Rowan came in third (4:02.76) with <strong>Amanda Burke<\/strong> (1:01.34), <strong>Olivia Wojtowicz<\/strong> (1:08.30), <strong>Gabby Gligor<\/strong> (59.60) and <strong>Julie Sheehan<\/strong> 953,52).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u2019s Meet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The College of New Jersey started the meet off with a 1:23.58 for the fastest time of the morning in the men\u2019s 200 free relay. Their team of <strong>Alexander Skoog<\/strong> (21.46), <strong>Jason Ivins<\/strong> (20.40), <strong>Scott Vitabile<\/strong> (20.96) and <strong>Ryan Gajdzisz<\/strong> (20.76) will be going into tonight seeded first. Rowan was right behind them going a 1:23.92 with the team of <strong>Eric Feuerstein<\/strong> (21.02), <strong>Adam Sicinski<\/strong> (21.22), <strong>Nick Marks<\/strong> (20.66) and <strong>Tyler Coe<\/strong> (20.91). Bridgeport came in third (1:26.15) with <strong>Juan Mafla<\/strong> (22.29), <strong>Brian Kelly<\/strong> (20.82), <strong>Diego Marques<\/strong> (21.95) and <strong>Ivan Capan<\/strong> (21.09).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anthony Cza<\/strong>r of Rowan touched first this morning in the men\u2019s 500 free with a 4:35.79. The College of NJ\u2019s <strong>Ryan Gajdzisz<\/strong> came in second with a 4:35.93 and two one hundredths behind was Bridgeport\u2019s <strong>Klavio Meca<\/strong> with a 4:35.95.<\/p>\n<p>In the 200 IM Capan of Bridgeport touched first with a 1:48.28. Rowan\u2019s <strong>Mikey Simunek<\/strong> went a 1:53.39 for second this morning and PACE\u2019s <strong>Nianzhonh Liu<\/strong> went a 1:54.71 for the third place spot.<\/p>\n<p>Rowan\u2019s <strong>Jesse Novak<\/strong> had the fastest men\u2019s 50 free this morning going a 20.00. The College of NJ\u2019s <strong>Joseph Dunn<\/strong> went a 20.65 to be seeded second going into finals and Marks from Rowan went a 20.80 for third this morning.<\/p>\n<p>Going\u00a0a 3:25.35 Rowan had the fastest 400 medley relay of the morning with the team of <strong>Joe Furze<\/strong> (51.63), <strong>Tyler Coe<\/strong> (56.02), <strong>John Shellem<\/strong> (51.38) and Novak (46.32). <strong>Adam Coppola<\/strong> (51.53), <strong>Chris O\u2019Sullivan<\/strong> (57.70), <strong>Andrew Coe<\/strong> (51.28) and <strong>Anthony Gurrieri<\/strong> (46.30) from The College of NJ touched second with a 3:26.81.
