Defending champion Minnesota held sixth with 90 points.<\/p>\n<p>Indiana kicked off the meet on the right foot with a school-record time in the women&#8217;s 200-yard medley relay. \u00a0<strong>Marie Chamberlain<\/strong> (24.39), <strong>Lilly King<\/strong> (25.92), <strong>Gia Dalesandro<\/strong> (23.25) and <strong>Grace Vertigans<\/strong> (22.17) powered their way to a 1:35.73. \u00a0That swim cleared the pool and meet record of 1:36.29 set by Wisconsin back in 2009, and just missed Wisconsin&#8217;s overall conference record of 1:35.71 from 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Minnesota turned in a strong second-place time of 1:37.27 by way of <strong>Zoe Avestruz<\/strong> (24.77), <strong>Rachel Munson<\/strong> (27.12), <strong>Danielle Nack<\/strong> (22.95) and <strong>Lauren Votava<\/strong> (22.43). \u00a0The Golden Gophers just have to keep pace with the Hoosiers in swimming as they are expected to get a nice bump from diving points.<\/p>\n<p>Ohio State snuck into third as <strong>Camey Rabold<\/strong> (25.06), <strong>Rachael Dzierzak<\/strong> (27.82), <strong>Li Zhesi<\/strong> (22.69) and <strong>Annelise Jongekrijg<\/strong> (21.97) put up a third-place time of 1:37.54 to round demolished the pool mark of 7:01.65.<\/p>\n<p>IU raced to second as <strong>Haley Lips<\/strong> (1:44.14),<strong> Kennedy Goss<\/strong> (1:43.62), <strong>Grace Vertigans<\/strong> (1:45.95) and <strong>Delaney Barnard<\/strong> (1:47.12) posted a 7:00.83. \u00a0Purdue&#8217;s <strong>Alexa Davis<\/strong> (1:45.08), <strong>Grace Hernandez<\/strong> (1:47.96), <strong>Nika Petric<\/strong> (1:47.10) and <strong>Kaersten Meitz<\/strong> (1:44.91) placed third in 7:05.05.<\/p>\n<p>Penn State also cleared the NCAA A cut with a fourth-place 7:05.67. \u00a0Minnesota took a hit in the team
