The women&#8217;s 200 breast and men&#8217;s 100 back and 200 breast PCSC records were broken. UC San Diego both the men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s teams took the Championship title.<\/p>\n<p>In the final of the women&#8217;s 1650 free, UC San Diego&#8217;s <strong>Haley Hamza<\/strong> took the gold with a 17:04.59. Her teammate <strong>Stephanie Sin<\/strong> came in second place with a 17:12.83 and Azusa&#8217;s <strong>Rosalee Mira Santa Ana<\/strong> touched in a 17:19.46 for third place.<\/p>\n<p>UC San Diego&#8217;s men swept the podium in the 1650 freestyle. <strong>Kyle Nadler<\/strong> won the event with a 15:48.71. His teammates <strong>Chandler Pourvahidi<\/strong> (15:51.93) and <strong>Sasha Mitrushina<\/strong> (15:57.58) came in for the silver and bronze.<\/p>\n<p>UC San Diego&#8217;s <strong>Julia Toronczak<\/strong> won\u00a0the women&#8217;s 200 back with a 1:59.41. Azusa&#8217;s <strong>Abigail Weit<\/strong> took the silver with a 2:01.75 and\u00a0<strong>Olga Melnikova<\/strong> of Fresno Pacific\u00a0got third place with a 2:02.90.<\/p>\n<p>After breaking the PSCS record this morning in the men&#8217;s 200 back,\u00a0<strong>Michael Cohn<\/strong> of UC San Diego, won the event with a 1:44.92, again breaking the PCSC record. His teammates, <strong>CJ Pais<\/strong> came in second with a 1:48.61 and <strong>Alexander Moshensky<\/strong> came in third for the bronze with a 1:49.16.<\/p>\n<p>UC San Diego&#8217;s <strong>Colleen Daley<\/strong> won the women&#8217;s 100 free in a 50.34. Biola&#8217;s <strong>Lisa Tixier<\/strong> took the silver with a 51.18 and Loyola Marymount&#8217;s <strong>Kristen Brennand<\/strong> went a 51.28 for third place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dylan Alba<\/strong> won the men&#8217;s 100 free for Concordia Irvine with a 45.09. <strong>Kevin Wylder<\/strong> of UC San Diego\u00a0went a 54.28 for second place and right behind was\u00a0Concordia Irvine&#8217;s <strong>John Dowd<\/strong> took the bronze with a 45.32.<\/p>\n<p>Fresno Pacific&#8217;s <strong>Daria Belova<\/strong> won the women&#8217;s 200 breastroke tonight. She went a 2:13.55 and with this time she broke the previous PCSC record of 2:14.40. Pepperdine&#8217;s <strong>Jessica Mosbaugh<\/strong> went a 2:14.69 for the silver and UC San Diego&#8217;s <strong>Lily Maxfield<\/strong> took third place with a\u00a02:15.65.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maksim Shcherbakov<\/strong> of Fresno Pacific went a 1:56.25 winning the men&#8217;s 200 breast. With this time he resets the PCSC record he broke this morning. UC San Diego took the silver and bronze.\u00a0<strong>Zach Yong<\/strong> went a 1:59.97 for second place\u00a0and <strong>Garrett Tse<\/strong> placed third\u00a0(2:02.22).<\/p>\n<p>In the women&#8217;s 200 butterfly, <strong>Dari Watkins<\/strong> of UC San Diego, won the event with a\u00a02:01.33. Loyola Marymount&#8217;s <strong>Hannah Calton<\/strong> went a 2:01.35 for the silver and\u00a0UC San Diego&#8217;s <strong>Naomi Thomas<\/strong> got third place with a 2:02.89.<\/p>\n<p>Fresno Pacific&#8217;s <strong>Wesley Coles<\/strong> took the gold in\u00a0the men&#8217;s 200 butterfly with a 1:49.50. <strong>Paul Li<\/strong> of UC San Diego went a 1:50.72 for silver and his teammate <strong>Kevin Fink<\/strong> was right behind him with a 1:50.84 for third place.<\/p>\n<p>UC San Diego won both the men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 400 free relays tonight. In the women&#8217;s event the UC Sand Diego team of <strong>Natalie Tang<\/strong> (51.15), <strong>Maddy Huttner<\/strong> (50.97), <strong>Dari Watkins<\/strong> (50.67) and Daley (50.31) went a 2:23.10 for the win. Loyola Marymount&#8217;s team of Calton (52.12), <strong>Kristen Clarno<\/strong> (50.71), Brennand (51.36) and <strong>Isabel Willis<\/strong> (52.25) went a 3:36.44 for second place. Cal State East Bay took third (3:27.34) with <strong>Morgan McClure<\/strong> (52.70), <strong>Cassidy Humphrey<\/strong> (51.50), <strong>Alyssa Littlefield<\/strong> (52.12) and <strong>Madison Hauanio<\/strong> (51.02).<\/p>\n<p>UC San Diego&#8217;s men&#8217;s team won in a 3:00.71 and the team of <strong>Julian Jacobs<\/strong> (45.88), Wylder (45.18), Cohn (44.98) and <strong>Arthur Heale<\/strong> (44.67). <strong>Austin Hussain<\/strong> (45.65), <strong>Luka Barisic<\/strong> (45.60), <strong>Blake Hollis<\/strong> (45.97) and Coles (45.06) of Fresno Pacific took silver in a 2:02.28. Concordia Irvine&#8217;s team of Dowd (45.35), <strong>Riki Yamamoto<\/strong> (48.11), <strong>Rhett Turvey<\/strong> (46.65) and Alba (45.53) touched in at a 3:05.64 for third place.<\/p>\n<p>Men&#8217;s Team Scores:<\/p>\n<p>1.
