The women&#8217;s 100 butterfly, men&#8217;s 200 free and 100 breast PCSC records were broken.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s Meet<\/h2>\n<p>In the women&#8217;s 400 IM, Fresno Pacific&#8217;s <strong>Bavindeep Basra<\/strong> won the event going a 4:23.97. Azusa&#8217;s <strong>Abigail Wiet<\/strong> came in at 4:25.37 for the silver and right behind her was\u00a0<strong>Maddy Huttner<\/strong> of UC San Diego who\u00a0came in third place with a 4:25.60.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Daria Belova<\/strong> of Fresno Pacific won\u00a0the women&#8217;s 100 butterfly with a 53.93. With this time she broke the 2007 PSCS record of 54.32. Loyola Marymount&#8217;s <strong>Hannah Calton<\/strong> got the silver with a 54.50 and <strong>Naomi Thomas<\/strong> of UC San Diego took the bronze with a 55.33.<\/p>\n<p>In the 200 freestyle UC San Diego&#8217;s <strong>Dari Watkins<\/strong> won the event with a 1:50.04.\u00a0Her teammate <strong>Haley Murphy<\/strong> placed second with a 1:51.24 and Loyola Marymount&#8217;s <strong>Kristen Clarno<\/strong> swam to third place with a 1:52.00.<\/p>\n<p>Pepperdine&#8217;s <strong>Jessica Mosbaugh<\/strong> won\u00a0the women&#8217;s 100 breast with a 1:02.26. UC San Diego&#8217;s <strong>Jamie Bryan<\/strong> placed second with a 1:03.72 and East Bay&#8217;s <strong>Claire Beaty<\/strong> went a 1:04.69 for third.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Olga Melnikova<\/strong> went a 56.90 and took first place in the women&#8217;s\u00a0100 back tonight. UC San Diego&#8217;s <strong>Julia Toronczak<\/strong> went a 57.50 for second place, out touching East Bay&#8217;s <strong>Mariam Lowe<\/strong> by a hundredth of a second, who took the bronze with a 57.51.<\/p>\n<p>UC San Diego won the women&#8217;s 400 medley relay. The team of <strong>Natalie Tang<\/strong> (56.32), <strong>Angie Phetbenjakul<\/strong> (1:02.13), <strong>Jayna Wittenbrink<\/strong> (55.06) and <strong>Colleen Daley<\/strong> (49.87) won with a 3:43.38. Fresno Pacific came in second (3:47.49) with\u00a0Melnikova (56.67), Belova (1:01.60), Basra (57.31) and <strong>Samantha Woo<\/strong> (51.91). Cal State East Bay came in third with a 3:49.91 and the team of <strong>Mariam Lowe<\/strong> (56.78), Beaty (1:04.23), <strong>Vivy Hua<\/strong> (56.96) and <strong>Cassidy Humphrey<\/strong> (51.94).<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s Meet<\/h2>\n<p>UC San Diego men swept the\u00a0400 IM podium tonight. <strong>Kevin Fink<\/strong> won the event in a\u00a03:57.19. His teammates <strong>Kyle Nadler<\/strong> came in second with a 3:58.08 and <strong>Zach Yong<\/strong> went a 3:58.16 for the bronze.<\/p>\n<p>After breaking the PSCS record in the men&#8217;s 100 butterfly this morning in a 46.27, UC San Diego&#8217;s <strong>Kevin Wyler<\/strong> won the event with a 47.88 tonight. His teammates <strong>Garrett Tse<\/strong> (48.55) and<strong> Ivan Garin<\/strong> (48.61) came in second and third place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael Cohn<\/strong> of UC San Diego went a 1:37.43 in the men&#8217;s 200 free. With this time he won the event and broke the 2012 PCSC record of 1:37.48. Fresno Pacific&#8217;s <strong>Austin Hussain<\/strong> got the silver with a 1:38.53 and his teammate <strong>Wesley Coles<\/strong> took the bronze\u00a0with a 1:39.23.<\/p>\n<p>After breaking the PCSC this morning the the 100 breast, Fresno Pacific&#8217;s <strong>Maksim Shcherbakov<\/strong> won the event in a 52.78 resetting his new record. <strong>Zach Yong<\/strong> of UC San Diego came in second with a 55.90 and his teammate <strong>AJ Zavala<\/strong> finished third (57.22).<\/p>\n<p>UC San Diego took all three spots on the podium in the men&#8217;s 100 back. <strong>CJ Pais<\/strong> went a 49.73 and own the event.\u00a0His teammates <strong>Alexander Moshensky<\/strong> (51.17) and <strong>Wesley Whittlesey<\/strong> (53.28) took second and third place.<\/p>\n<p>Fresno Pacific won the men&#8217;s 400 medley relay. Their team of <strong>Luka Barisic<\/strong> (49.75),\u00a0Shcherbakov (52.07), <strong>Wesley Coles<\/strong> (48.25) and Hussain (44.90) won with a 3:14.97. UC San Diego came in second going a 3:18.72 with the team of <strong>Jullian Jacobs<\/strong> (49.44), Tse (56.36), Wylder (47.55) and <strong>Arthur Heale<\/strong> (45.37). UC Santa Cruz came in third (3:24.20) with <strong>Dane Doran<\/strong> (53.51), <strong>Casey Colella<\/strong> (56.82), Garin (48.74) and <strong>Cameron Braun<\/strong> (45.13).<\/p>\n<p>Men&#8217;s Team Scores:<\/p>\n<p>1.
