Wheaton&#8217;s <strong>Chris Szymczak\u00a0<\/strong>took first in the men&#8217;s prelims with a time of 1:49.43.<\/p>\n<p>Wheaton&#8217;s <strong>Kirsty Nitz\u00a0<\/strong>touched first in the women&#8217;s 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.18. A Wheaton swimmer also took first in the men&#8217;s event.\u00a0<strong>Jack O&#8217;Connor\u00a0<\/strong>touched in 45.33.<\/p>\n<p>In the women&#8217;s 200-yard breaststroke,\u00a0<strong>Katie Deysher\u00a0<\/strong>of Wheaton touched in 2:22.67.\u00a0<strong>Elliot Penson<\/strong>, also of Wheaton, set the pace for the men. The senior touched in 2:04.20.<\/p>\n<p>Milikin&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Caroline Lodovisi\u00a0<\/strong>took the top spot in the 200-yard butterfly. The freshman touched in 2:13.25. Sophomore\u00a0<strong>Chris Dingfield\u00a0<\/strong>was first in the men&#8217;s race with a time of 1:51.09. Dingfield represents Wheaton.<\/p>\n<p>Carthage currently leads the men&#8217;s meet.
