Arizona State University released a video<\/a> and article<\/a> on Michael Phelps<\/strong> and his time training at the school under coach Bob Bowman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt would be hard for me to say my life could be any better than it is today, so I followed him here and we decided to finish my career in the sun,\u201d Phelps said in the Arizona State article.\u00a0\u201cI grew up indoors. I swam indoors my whole career. Once we moved here, that\u2019s when it sunk in that I have a clearer head when I\u2019m outside. Being able to see the sun every day is something that\u2019s beneficial.<\/p>\n

Next year, Phelps will move into a coaching role at Arizona State.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe knows what the process is all about, and he\u2019ll be able to transmit that information to our student athletes,\u201d Bowman said in the Arizona State article.<\/p>\n

\u201cBesides being the best swimmer who ever swam, he knows more about the sport than anyone,\u201d Bowman added in the article. \u201cHe studies the trends and the techniques. He\u2019s worked through cutting-edge techniques for quite awhile.\u201d<\/p>\n
