While last week was a busy week for the women’s teams of the Pac-12, this week, it’s the men’s turn to compete. Competitions start on Thursday and run through Saturday, as the regular season winds down and championship season begins to ramp up.<\/p>\n

Top Storylines This Week:<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. The No. 2 California men will take on the No. 14 USC men in a matchup that will be televised on the Pac-12 Network. Of particular note, the California junior\u00a0Ryan Murphy<\/strong>\u00a0has earned the TeamUnify\/CollegeSwimming.com National Swimmer of the Week<\/a> honor for his efforts against Arizona and Arizona State two weekends ago, which should prove useful for the Golden Bears against the Trojans this weekend.<\/li>\n
  2. California will take on the unranked in-state team CSU Bakersfield on Thursday. California will most likely take the meet handily, but this will be a valuable opportunity for these men to get out and race before they race USC the next day.<\/li>\n
  3. USC will have back-to-back meets this weekend. Friday they go up against California, while Saturday they go up against the No. 5 Stanford men. Both meets provide a good opportunity to get in tune with the competition for the upcoming conference championship.<\/li>\n
  4. Both the No. 15 Arizona men and No. 14 Arizona women will take on the unranked teams of Arizona State this weekend, making it the only matchup where women will compete. Arizona is coming off of two days of competition with the No. 1 Texas men and No. 4 Texas women, while Arizona State did not have any meets this past weekend. The meet will be available to stream through Arizona State’s network ASU1.<\/li>\n
  5. The\u00a0Utah divers will compete at the Air Force Diving Invitational with the hopes of finalizing conference lists and qualifying for zone meets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
