While senior\u00a0<strong>Sammy Harrison\u00a0<\/strong>had an individual event win and a strong showing overall, the Beavers ultimately dropped the meet by a score of 150-104.<\/p>\n<p>The meet began with a second place finish from the Oregon State team of\u00a0<strong>Amani Amr, Czarina Isleta, Andrea Young,\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Claire McLaggin<\/strong> who touched the wall with a 1:48.60 in the 200 medley relay. Sammy Harrison kept the Beavers on track with a win in the 1000 free&#8211;her 10:18.25 was about nine seconds ahead of second place finisher\u00a0<strong>Amelia Draney<\/strong>, a sophomore from Boise State. The senior\u00a0<strong>Constance Toulemonde<\/strong> was the highest finisher from Oregon State in the 200 free; her 1:55.95 was good enough for fourth.<\/p>\n<p>The Beavers picked up a couple of second place finishes with the junior Isleta&#8217;s 100 breast (1:05.39) and freshman\u00a0<strong>Megan Lam<\/strong>&#8216;s 200 fly (2:10.92).
