The Yellow Jacket women beat the Eagles 131.5-106.5, while the men defeated Emory 147-82.<\/p>\n<p>The Yellow Jackets began the meet with both the women (3:48.65) and men (3:18.85) winning the 400 medley relay.<\/p>\n<p>Georgia Tech swept the men&#8217;s 1000, led by\u00a0<strong>Moises Loschi<\/strong> (9:22.10).\u00a0They also swept\u00a0the men&#8217;s 200 fly, led by\u00a0<strong>Ben Southern\u00a0<\/strong>(1:49.63), as well as the men&#8217;s 200 back, led by\u00a0<strong>Yuval Safra<\/strong>\u00a0(1:49.90).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Iris Wang<\/strong> won the women&#8217;s 200 free (1:50.49) and 100 free (50.58).\u00a0<strong>Alex Reiger<\/strong>\u00a0won the women&#8217;s 50 free (23.79) and 200 back (2:02.76)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rodrigo Correia\u00a0<\/strong>won the men&#8217;s 200 free (1:38.96) while\u00a0<strong>Youssef Hammoud\u00a0<\/strong>won the men&#8217;s 100 free (45.69).<\/p>\n<p>Other Georgia Tech event winners included\u00a0<strong>Noah Harasz <\/strong>in the men&#8217;s 50 free (20.29),\u00a0<strong>Kira DeBruyn <\/strong>in the women&#8217;s 400 IM (4:30.53), <strong>Colt Williamson <\/strong>in the men&#8217;s 400 IM (4:06.76), and\u00a0<strong>Laura Branton<\/strong>\u00a0in the women&#8217;s 200 fly (2:05.68).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shannon Lumbra\u00a0<\/strong>swept both the women&#8217;s 1m (321.15) and 3m (340.65), setting new Georgia Tech program records in both.\u00a0<strong>Brad Homza\u00a0<\/strong>also set a new program record in\u00a0the men&#8217;s 1m (379.20), while teammate\u00a0<strong>Omar Eteiba\u00a0<\/strong>won the men&#8217;s 3m (391.73).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I thought both of our squads raced really well,&#8221; Yellow Jacket head coach <strong>Courtney Shealy Hart<\/strong> said in a Georgia Tech press release. &#8220;It&#8217;s great to see some great swims as we get into championship season.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Yellow Jackets will compete next at the ACC Championships in Greensboro.<\/p>\n<p>Full meet results: <a href=\"\/results\/2016-georgia-tech-vs-emory\/ncaa-college\/2016\/January\/30\" target=\"_blank\">2016 Georgia Tech vs Emory &#8211; Results<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Chandler Brandes, ACC Beat Writer Georgia Tech hosted Emory on Saturday in their final dual meet of the season.
