The Cardinal women beat the Wildcats 190-110, and the men defeated Kentucky 200-100.<\/p>\n<p>The meet began with both the Louisville&#8217;s women (1:39.10) and\u00a0men&#8217;s (1:27.55) 200 medley relay teams claiming first.\u00a0<strong>Trevor Carroll<\/strong>\u00a0led the way for the Cards by winning three individual events, taking first in the 50 free (20.06), 200 free (1:37.84), and 500 free (4:28.97).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marah Pugh<\/strong> took second in the women&#8217;s 1000 (10:01.89) and placed third in the 500 free (4:55.70).\u00a0<strong>Mallory Comerford\u00a0<\/strong>won the women&#8217;s 200 free (1:47.70) followed by teammate\u00a0<strong>Andrea\u00a0Kneppers\u00a0<\/strong>(1:49.86). Comerford also won the 50 free (23.28) with Kneppers again taking second (23.70).<\/p>\n<p>The Cards swept the men&#8217;s 200 back, led by <strong>Grigory Tarasevich<\/strong> (1:45.42),\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Pedro Coutinho\u00a0<\/strong>(48.14) led the Cardinal&#8217;s 1-2-3 sweep in the men&#8217;s 100 fly.\u00a0Tarasevich also\u00a0won the men&#8217;s 100 back\u00a0(47.59).\u00a0Louisville swept the women&#8217;s 200 fly, led by\u00a0<strong>Abbie\u00a0<\/strong><b>Houck\u00a0<\/b>(2:00.46), and\u00a0<strong>Zach Harting<\/strong>\u00a0took second in the men&#8217;s\u00a0event\u00a0(1:48.57).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andee Cottrell\u00a0<\/strong>won the women&#8217;s 100 breast (1:01.37) and 200 breast (2:14.02), with\u00a0<strong>Rachael Bradford-Feldman<\/strong> taking second in both. Bradford-Feldman later won the 200 IM (2:01.49), and\u00a0<strong>Carlos Claverie<\/strong> took first in both the men&#8217;s 100 breast\u00a0(54.48) and 200 breast (1:58.28).\u00a0<strong>Alina Kendzior\u00a0<\/strong>won the women&#8217;s 100 back (54.21) and took third in the 200 back (1:59.89).<\/p>\n<p>Divers\u00a0<strong>Andrea\u00a0Acquista\u00a0<\/strong>(273.5)\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Maddy Ingmire\u00a0<\/strong>(267)\u00a0took second and third, respectively, in the women&#8217;s 1m, and\u00a0<strong>Sean Pinner<\/strong>\u00a0(310) dove to third in the men&#8217;s 3m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kelsi Worrell\u00a0<\/strong>won the women&#8217;s 100 free (48.94) and the 100 fly (53.37).\u00a0<strong>Matthias Lindenbauer<\/strong>\u00a0won the men&#8217;s 100 free (44.82) with teammate\u00a0<strong>David Boland\u00a0<\/strong>taking second (45.10).\u00a0<strong>Nolan Tesone<\/strong> touched the wall first in the men&#8217;s 200 IM (1:48.31) as the Cards swept the event.
