The win improved LSU\u2019s record to 9-0, 2-0 within the Southeastern Conference. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LSU was not so lucky on the men\u2019s side. No. 10 Missouri took the victory by a score of 155.5-141.5. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Missouri started off strong, winning the 200-yard medley relay on both the men\u2019s and women\u2019s side. The women\u2019s team of backstroker <\/span><b>Nadine Laemmler, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">breaststroker <\/span><b>Abby Duncan, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">butterflier <\/span><b>Maddie Gehrke <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and freestyler <\/span><b>Rachel Hayden <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">beat LSU by nine-hundredths of a second, posting a winning time of 1:40.99. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the men\u2019s side, Missouri\u2019s team of backstroker <\/span><b>Dillon Love, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">breaststroker <\/span><b>Fabian Schwingenschlogl, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">butterflier <\/span><b>Andrew Sansoucie <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and freestyler <\/span><b>Michael Chadwick <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">touched in 1:29.12. LSU was just behind them, finishing in 1:29.37. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LSU\u2019s <\/span><b>Kara Kopcso <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">led all women with 27 individual points, winning three events. The junior touched first in the 200-yard butterfly (1:58.82), 100-yard butterfly (54.17) and 200-yard individual medley (2:01.17). She was also a member of the LSU\u2019s second place 200-yard medley relay team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the men\u2019s side, Missouri\u2019s Fabian Schwingenschlogl was the high point leader, racking up 27 points. After helping the Tigers to a win in the 200-yard medley relay, the junior won the 100-yard breaststroke (54.92), 200-yard breaststroke (1:59.30) and 200-yard individual medley (1:50.62). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chadwick also had a strong day for Missouri. The U.S. National Team member won both of his individual races: the 200-yard freestyle (1:38.86) and 100-yard freestyle (43.84). Chadwick has finished first in every individual race he has swam this season. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The LSU men were led by <\/span><b>Logan Rysemus. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The junior won the 100-yard backstroke (48.84) and 100-yard butterfly (48.24) and scored 18 individual points. He was also a member of LSU\u2019s second place 200-yard medley relay team and winning 400-yard freestyle relay. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Duncan was the Missouri women\u2019s leading scorer with 19 points. She finished first in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:00.95) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:12.45) and also touched fifth in the 200-yard individual medley (2:03.75). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LSU closed out the meet strong, winning both the men\u2019s and women\u2019s 400-yard freestyle relays. On the women\u2019s side, <\/span><b>Leah Troskot, Haylee Knight, Megan Cox <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Danielle Stirrat <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">teamed up to post a time of 3:22.06. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LSU\u2019s winning men\u2019s team consisted of <\/span><b>Alex Linge, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rysemus, <\/span><b>Tyler Harper <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Jake Markham, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">who touched in 2:59.87. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Missouri is back in action on Jan. 22 when they take on Drury, a strong Division II program (No. 6 men, No. 3 women).
