A day after witnessing Arizona win its first national title in NCAA Swimming and Diving history, Ohio State University put on a long course meter invitational.<\/p>\n<p>Daphne Skelos won the women&#39;s 400 IM in 4:56.52, while Elzanne Werth of SMU lead five Olympic Trials cuts with a 1:00.13 in the women&#39;s 100 fly.<\/p>\n<p>Seven swimmers posted cuts in the women&#39;s 100 breast with USC&#39;s Rebecca Soni winning in 1:07.92, while Castina Wabeke posted a 1:02.64 to lead five qualifiers in the women&#39;s 100 back.<\/p>\n<p>Texas A&#038;M&#39;s Triin Aljand touched in 55.82 to lead seven qualifiers in the women&#39;s 100 free, while Ashley Twitchell on the women&#39;s 400 free in a non-qualifying 4:20.34.<\/p>\n<p>Leslie Vanwinkle of Louisville clocked a 2:18.20 in the women&#39;s 200 IM to lead six swimmers under the cut, while Wabeke won the 200 back in 2:14.88 with six swimmers also under the threshold.<\/p>\n<p>Katy Freeman captured the women&#39;s 200 breast in 2:30.94 with six total swimmers qualifying, while Aljand won the 50 free in 25.43 in an event that featured 10 cuts.<\/p>\n<p>Ellen Grigg clocked a 2:02.47 to win the 200 free with three swimmers under cuts, while Monika Friedman of Princeton won the 200 fly in a non-qualifying 2:17.01.<\/p>\n<p>Emily Hanson (8:44.22) and Susana Escobar (8:44.59) also qualified in the 800 free.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 25.
