In 2015, it took a 59.60 in the men’s 100 meter breaststroke to rank among the top 10 in the world. The only Americans to crack into that elite bracket were Cody<\/strong> Miller<\/strong>, a 2014 graduate of Indiana University, and Nic<\/strong> Fink<\/strong>, who wrapped up his eligibility as a Georgia Bulldog in 2015.<\/p>\n The Brits may boast a world record holder (Adam<\/strong> Peaty<\/strong>) and a 59-flat 100 breaststroker (Ross<\/strong> Murdoch<\/strong>), while South Africa (Cameron<\/strong> van<\/strong> der<\/strong> Burgh<\/strong>) and Lithuania (Giedrius<\/strong> Titenis<\/strong>) have swimmers who dipped under 59 in 2015.
