Dutch superstars <\/span><b>Femke Heemskerk<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Ranomi Kromowidjojo <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">were dominant over the three days meet, amassing six wins between them.\u00a0<b>Kromowidjojo<\/b><\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accounted for five of those wins, including strong performances in the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/ranomi-kromowidjojo-scorches-50-free-indian-ocean-meet-record\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 freestyle<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (23.76) and <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/ranomi-kromowidjojo-lights-up-50-fly-at-indian-ocean-meet\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 fly<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (25.39) while also touching first in the 50 backstroke, 100 butterfly, and 100 freestyle. <\/span><b>Heemskerk <\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/femke-heemskerk-ranomi-kromowidjojo-shine-on-day-1-of-indian-ocean-meet\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">posted a 1:53.60 win in the 200 freestyle<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the first night while touching second behind teammate\u00a0<b>Kromowidjojo<\/b><\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in the 50 free, 100 free, and 100 backstroke.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>The Week That Was #4 &#8211; Ramsden was given CPR but was ultimately pronounced dead on the scene. This serves as a painful reminder of the danger of excessive breath-holding and the danger of <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/shallow-water-blackout-the-silent-killer-of-swimmers\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shallow Water Blackout<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for all swimmers.
