ONE common theme for coaches at all levels is how to maximize their athletes&#39; technique in the water.  This question is addressed by Rod Havriluk, Ph.D., in his article entitled; &quot;Technology and Learning Strategies,&quot; appearing in the March issue of <i>Swimming World<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>In this article, the author points out that through a comprehensive program of instruction and analysis improvement in technique and performance can be achieved.  Readers will learn how this use of technology does not have to be limited to just elite swimmers.
