Crocker was just .06 shy of Neil Walker&#39;s American record. Walker, the second qualifier in the 50 free this morning, didn&#39;t swim the event.<br \/>\nBryan Jones, 21, qualified second in 53.22. Tommy Hannan qualified third in 53.43. Dod Wales was fourth in 53.55, Matthew Pierce fifth in 53.72.
