ACCORDING to various news reports from the area, including the <i>Indianapolis Star<\/i>, Brian D. Hindson has been arrested for &quot;federal charges of possessing computer video files of child pornography following a joint investigation by federal and local police.&quot; <\/p>\n<p>Hindson is the head coach of the Kokomo High School swim squad as well as Central Indiana Aquatics. <\/p>\n<p>In the latest update to the story, <i>WIBC 93.1 FM<\/i> in Indianapolis reports that Hindson &quot;was fired Wednesday, a day before his arrest on porn charges, and a day after Kokomo police informed school officials of the allegations against him.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>The <i>WIBC 93.1 FM<\/i> report also states that crisis counselors have been dispatched to the school.<\/p>\n<p>According to reporting by the <i>IndyChannel<\/i>, Hindson &quot;told investigators he had hid video cameras in locker rooms at two schools, a confession that came after someone alleged finding videos of a naked female teen on a computer the coach had sold, the FBI said in an affidavit.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>While those videos were not found, law enforcement officials &quot;did find eight child pornography videos not linked to the schools during a search of Brian D. Hindson&#39;s home Tuesday, according to the affidavit filed in federal court.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>The investigation began in 2006 after Hindson sold a computer via eBay, and the buyers found images of young naked females, apparently in a high school setting, on the hard drive.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <i>Indy Star<\/i> report, &quot;this investigation is ongoing.
