With the advent of World Cup events and cash competitions, he talks about the need for coaches to be more selective and the unintended pressures that might occur when athletes are expected to compete at a high level on a frequent basis. <\/p>\n<p>Schubert weighs in on the need to rewrite the Olympic record books and recall Olympic medals when drug cheats are caught.  He voiced his opinion on the time limitations imposed by the International Olympic Committee in the wake of track star Marion Jones&#39;s confession to using performance enhancement drugs at the 2000 Olympics.
