Hoffer\u2019s time was well under Caeleb Dressel\u2019s previous mark of 41.90. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hoffer went a 19.73 in the first 50 yards of his record-setting race at the Speedo Winter Jr. National Championships (West).
