On the men\u2019s side, <strong>Brandon McCredie<\/strong>, <strong>Chris Szekely<\/strong>, <strong>Adam Sjoholm<\/strong>, and <strong>Evin Rude<\/strong> of Army won the event in 1:22.29.<\/p>\n<p>Colgate\u2019s <strong>Morgan Cohara<\/strong> won the women\u2019s 500 freestyle in a time of 4:51.45, followed closely by Boston\u2019s <strong>Stephanie Nasson<\/strong> in 4:51.56. Nasson\u2019s teammate <strong>Sarah Hargrave<\/strong> rounded out the top three with a 4:54.42. University of Massachusetts-Amherst\u2019s <strong>Ales Bomprezzi<\/strong> shaved nearly six seconds off his prelim swim to win the men\u2019s 500 freestyle in 4:26.91. Second went to Army\u2019s <strong>Thomas Ottman<\/strong> (4:28.68), and third went to Massachusetts\u2019s <strong>Oliver Wyeth<\/strong> (4:28.98).<\/p>\n<p>Boston swept the top three spots in the women\u2019s 200 IM, led by<strong> Erin Nabney<\/strong> in 2:02.75. <strong>Mika Spencer<\/strong> finished second in 2:03.82, followed by <strong>Julimar Avila<\/strong> in 2:05.01. Bridgeport\u2019s <strong>Ivan Capan<\/strong> led the way in the men\u2019s 200 IM, winning in 1:49.18. Also under 1:50 was Boston\u2019s <strong>Mun Hon Lee<\/strong> (1:49.41) and Army\u2019s <strong>Jay Yang<\/strong> (1:49.52).<\/p>\n<p>Army\u2019s <strong>Molly Mucciarone<\/strong> won the women\u2019s 50 free in 23.07, followed by Boston College\u2019s <strong>Maureen Barron<\/strong> (23.31) and Shepel (23.38). Boston College\u2019s <strong>Dan Kelly<\/strong> was the only man under 20 seconds, setting a new pool record in the men\u2019s 50 free with a 19.78. Second went to Massachusetts\u2019s <strong>Owen Wright<\/strong> (20.54), followed by Bridgeport\u2019s <strong>Didac Matsuyama<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Army (<strong>Kelly Hamilton<\/strong>, <strong>Kara Wineinger<\/strong>, Mucciarone, <strong>Monica Sowinski<\/strong>) grabbed the women\u2019s 400 medley relay title in 3:47.81. Bridgeport\u2019s Capan, <strong>Brian Kelly<\/strong>, <strong>Will du Plessis<\/strong>, and Matsuyama combined again to dominate the men\u2019s 400 medley relay, winning by over three seconds in 3:16.41.<\/p>\n<p>Boston dove their way to the top three spots in the women\u2019s 1m diving. <strong>Lizzie Tillo<\/strong> won the event with a total score of 253.60, followed closely by <strong>Kyra Tatlow<\/strong> (250.85) and <strong>Kalli Roebelen<\/strong> (145.20). Boston College\u2019s <strong>Cole Malatesta<\/strong> dove his way to first place in the men\u2019s 3m diving with a score of 337.65, beating Boston\u2019s <strong>Eric Mitchell<\/strong> (260.10). Fairfield University\u2019s <strong>Daniel Pires<\/strong> was third (252.70).<\/p>\n<h3>Day Two<\/h3>\n<p>Army\u2019s <strong>Cecilia Croman<\/strong>, Wineinger, Mucciarone, and Kelly started Saturday night off with a win in the women\u2019s 200 freestyle relay with a 1:44.61. The foursome of Capan, Kelly, du Plessis, and Matsuyama combined yet again to capture the men\u2019s 200 freestyle relay title in 1:29.59.<\/p>\n<p>Massachusetts nabbed the first two spots in the women\u2019s 400 IM; first went to <strong>Meriza Werenski<\/strong> (4:23.43) and second went to <strong>Jenna Diamond<\/strong> (4:24.71). Boston\u2019s <strong>Danielle Yoon<\/strong> was third in 4:26.62. Yang broke the pool record, winning the men\u2019s 400 IM by over three seconds in 3:52.21. Boston College\u2019s <strong>Taylor Cortens<\/strong> was second in 3:55.24, and Boston\u2019s <strong>Garrett Chin<\/strong> was third in 3:55.43.<\/p>\n<p>Mucciarrone won her second individual event of the meet, grabbing the women\u2019s 100 fly (54.88). Second went to Massachusetts\u2019 <strong>Cassie Sosnovich<\/strong> (55.70) followed by Avila (55.80). Matsuyama won the men\u2019s 100 fly in 48.73, with teammate Kelly close behind (48.80). Boston College\u2019s Kelly rounded out the top three in 49.30.<\/p>\n<p>Cohara won the women\u2019s 200 freestyle (1:50.76), followed by Spencer (1:50.97) and Vermont\u2019s <strong>Kelly Lennon<\/strong> (1:51.04). Army dominated the men\u2019s 200 freestyle, going 1-2-3: Szekely (1:39.79), Rude (1:40.26), and <strong>Devin McCall<\/strong> (1:40.42).<\/p>\n<p>Vermont lit the pool on fire in the women\u2019s 100 breaststroke with <strong>Shannon Cowley<\/strong> winning in 1:03.84 and teammate <strong>Haley Gula<\/strong> finishing second in 1:04.83. Army\u2019s <strong>Jessica Ambrose<\/strong> was third in 1:05.20. Capan won his second individual event in the men\u2019s 100 breast (54.88), setting a new pool record in the process. Boston\u2019s <strong>Daniel Andronov<\/strong> was also under the old pool record in 55.17, followed by Army\u2019s <strong>Colin Kanzari<\/strong> (57.07).<\/p>\n<p>Cohara won her second event of the night, winning the women\u2019s 100 back (56.33). Vermont\u2019s <strong>Kira Hancock<\/strong> (56.64) and Hamilton (56.99) finished second and third, respectively. Massachusetts went 1-2 in the men\u2019s 100 back, led by <strong>Kellen Gray<\/strong> in 48.90 and Wyeth (49.55). Bridgeport\u2019s Kelly finished third in 49.56.<\/p>\n<p>Boston\u2019s A 800 free relay team (Nabney, <strong>Grace Anderson<\/strong>, Yoon, Nasson) won in a nail-biter in 7:29.39 over Army. Army (Rude, McCall, Yang, Szekely) completed Saturday\u2019s swims with a win in the men\u2019s 800 free relay (6:39.74) over Bridgeport and Massachusetts.<\/p>\n<p>Boston again swept the top three spots in the women\u2019s 3m diving, led by Roebelen (254.40), Tillo (252.75), and Tatlow (251.20). Malatesta easily won the men\u2019s 1m diving with a score of 318.30. Boston\u2019s <strong>Adam Gross<\/strong> was second (278.20) and Boston\u2019s <strong>Jack McCarthy<\/strong> was third with (269.40).<\/p>\n<h3>Day Three<\/h3>\n<p>Nasson started the final session of the 2015 Terrier Invitational by winning the women\u2019s 1650 by ten seconds in 16:43.24. Bridgeport\u2019s <strong>Annagrazia Bonsanti<\/strong> was second (16:53.56) followed by Army\u2019s <strong>Sabrina Mortell<\/strong> (17:04.79). Ottman won the men\u2019s mile by over sixteen seconds in 15:33.09. Boston College\u2019s <strong>Keating Mosher<\/strong> (15:49.49) and Massachusetts\u2019 <strong>Kyle Vieira<\/strong> (15:53.76) rounded out the top three.<\/p>\n<p>Cohara finished her individual swims with her fourth win in the women\u2019s 200 back (2:00.54), followed by Boston\u2019s <strong>Nikki Bookwalter<\/strong> (2:02.65) and Colgate\u2019s <strong>Flora Hanson<\/strong> (2:03.35). Gray completed his backstroke sweep by winning the men\u2019s 200 back in 1:47.61. Army\u2019s <strong>Josh Sembrano<\/strong> finished second (1:48.18) followed by Massachussetts\u2019 <strong>Heath Maginn<\/strong> (1:48.72).<\/p>\n<p>Sowinski won the women\u2019s 100 freestyle in 51.24, and Avila\u2019s 51.31 out-touched Barron\u2019s 51.32. Kelly grabbed the men\u2019s 100 freestyle title in 44.76. Capan was second in 45.04, and Szekely was third in 45.29.<\/p>\n<p>Nabney cruised to a win in the women\u2019s 200 breaststroke (2:17.96) followed by Gula (2:20.17) and Boston\u2019s <strong>Karla Ferrara<\/strong> (2:20.59). Andronov won the men\u2019s 200 breaststroke by over three seconds in 2:02.28. Kanzari was second in 2:05.53, followed by Army\u2019s <strong>Sam Mo<\/strong> in 2:06.00.<\/p>\n<p>Colgate\u2019s <strong>Erica Silverman<\/strong> took the top spot in the women\u2019s 200 butterfly, winning in a 2:04.93. Mucciarone touched the wall second in 2:04.14, followed closely by teammate <strong>Shannon Rogers<\/strong> in 2:05.17. Army\u2019s <strong>Jason Rodriquez<\/strong> won the men\u2019s 200 butterfly in 1:49.79.
